How does the free trial work?
The planned trial lasts one month and requires a credit card at activation. It includes one working user. Additional-user invitations will explain the limitation and offer an upgrade. Final trial feature limits will be shown before signup.
Will the trial automatically charge my card?
The trial renewal policy has not been finalized. Before activation, checkout will explicitly show whether renewal is automatic, the plan, amount, billing date and cancellation terms. This preview collects no card details and creates no subscriptions.
Who counts as a working user?
A person using the operational workspace, such as a technician, engineer, planner, manager, storekeeper or safety officer. Requester and external-reviewer allowances will be defined before subscriptions open.
Is dedicated hosting included?
CHBC-managed cloud is the intended default. Dedicated environments, migration, custom integrations and specialist implementation are separately scoped and quoted.
Can I buy the software today?
